I had a nail in my run flats and they ordered my tire quickly and switched/balanced the tire in a timely manner. I appreciate their help and knowledge on vehicles. I also appreciate that they didn’t try to sell me a bunch of other issues. Thank you!!!

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The facilities (especially the waiting area) are clean and spacious. I had an 8 AM appointment for an alignment and they were done in less than an hour. I would definitely recommend!

AMAZING service! Riley + Andrew are phenomenal and deserve all the praise! My car was skating on the road with bare tread and they recommended the best tires to keep me and my family safe. COME HERE if you need the hookup!

I had a great experience at Tires Plus. The team was incredibly accommodating, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish. They took the time to explain my options, answered all of my questions, and helped me find the best solution without any pressure. Their rates were very competitive, and I felt like I received excellent value for the service provided. It’s refreshing to find a business that combines fair pricing with outstanding customer service. I highly recommend Tires Plus to anyone looking for honest, reliable service and great rates. I’ll definitely be returning for future automotive needs!

The shop was conveniently located at my neighborhood. As soon as I got in, I was amazingly impressed by how well Muhamud, the shop supervisor explained in the issue that my car had and how it would be better resolved by being transparent with showing me the pricing schedule on the shop computer. I had never seen this type of of professional and honesty by a mechanic shop before. Kudos to Tires Plus Gaithersburg. I will recommend my peers to your services a million of time💪🏾
